Yep - for 3rd grade that is the high jump!
Antonio, Jack, Ian & TJThe third graders competed this evening in 7 track events. Each of them ran the 50m, 100m, 200m and 800m. They also did the long jump, high jump, and baseball throw (3rd grade rendition of the shot-put). No surprise - TJ threw his baseball the farthest. He competed well in the short distance events but I was thinking we may have to carry him across the finish line as he rounded the final curve in the 800m. GO TIGERS!
