Yep - He is a Garden Gnome!This year we hosted a Halloween Party with a twist on the Amazing Costume Race. Teams searched for wood tokens along Keystone Ave. and with the assistance of local businesses a few challenges (road blocks) were completed along the way. It was a very fun evening.
